We welcome all who have joined us for worship today.  All worshippers are asked to sign the friendship pad as it is passed during the Concerns of the Church.  We’re glad you’re here!

 

Church Membership: If you are without a church home in Lynchburg, you would be warmly welcomed into our fellowship.  The Session meets in the History Room to receive new members immediately following each worship service on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.

 

Infants and Young Children: If your child needs attention, you are welcome to sit in the Narthex where you can still hear the worship service, or you may want to take your child to the Nursery (Room #8, Ground Floor).  An usher will be happy to assist you.

 

If you are hearing impaired, we have special devices available in the Narthex before the service.  Simply ask an usher for help.

BLOOD SAVES LIVES; and it is always needed.  Every 2 seconds, someone in America needs blood!  First Presbyterian Church will host an American Red Cross blood drive on Thursday, May 22nd.  Many volunteers will be needed to donate blood, help during the blood drive, and provide snacks for donors.  Sign-up sheets are available in the lobby.  Additionally, you may sign up by contacting Tracy Baker (384-2683 or swee2ths@comcast.net).
